At 360 Fire Protection, we noticed a big problem: customers weren’t getting the service they deserved. Competitors weren’t answering the phone, and prices kept going up. With over 150 years of combined experience, our management team knew we could do better. We bring back “old school” customer service by always answering the phone and making sure every customer is taken care of before we go home.

Fire protection is serious business, and it’s important to have the right certifications. That’s why our team includes factory-trained technicians and NICET-certified experts. NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) certifications show that our team has the knowledge and experience to do the job right. We have:
- Six factory-trained technicians
- One NICET III technician
- Three NICET II technicians
- Nine NICET I technicians
- Over 30 technicians in training for their NICET I

What We Do
360 Fire Protection is a full-service fire protection company. Unlike some companies that only offer sprinkler or fire alarm inspections, we do it all. From sprinkler systems and fire alarms to kitchen suppression systems, fire extinguisher inspections, and kitchen exhaust hood cleaning—we’ve got you covered. This full-service approach makes it easier for our customers to stay safe and compliant.

Our Community Involvement
360 Fire Protection isn’t just a business—we’re part of the community. We’re members of the Chamber of Commerce in every city where we have an office. We also give back by sponsoring local events and charities like golf tournaments, Harmony House, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and The Shriners. Our General Managers are local, so they have control of their markets and are deeply involved in their communities.
Our Growth and Future Goals
Since our founding in February of 2023, we’ve grown quickly. In just 19 months, we’ve opened four locations. We’re launching our national account brand in October of 2024, which will allow us to serve customers across six states. We’ve found that customers appreciate having direct phone numbers to call, rather than a 1-800 number, and this personal touch is key to our growth.
